How it works

  1. Get your link

    Sign in with any email, Google or Apple. You don't need to have booked with us. Booked already? It is on your booking page too.

  2. Send it to a friend

    Text it, WhatsApp it, or give them your code for the checkout. The link is remembered for 60 days on the device it is opened on.

  3. You both get a card

    Theirs comes as soon as their deposit clears, or credit off their balance if they prefer. Yours comes 14 days after their event, once it is paid in full.

Hosted a night with us?

Your event has its own link, for your guests.

Put its QR on a table card or send it to the group chat. Guests who loved the booth can book their own night with it and get $25 to $100, and you are thanked for each one.

Find it on your booking page, under Refer a friend, once your deposit has cleared. It works until 365 days after your event.

  • Booked on the night$10 to $50 for you, from the start of your event until 12 hours after it ends.
  • Booked after the night$25 to $100 for you, by the length of their night.
  • Up to 10 bookingsYou are thanked for up to 10 bookings from one event. Guests after that still get theirs.

Rewards are a Kaluara Smart eGift Card, sent by email. Swap it for the cards you actually want, from the shops and brands you already use.

Questions

Do I need to have booked with Kaluara?

No. Anyone can get a link: a guest at someone's event, a planner, a venue. Sign in with your email and it is yours.

Who counts as a friend?

Someone booking with Kaluara for the first time. If they have booked before, we look at it before any card goes. It can't be you: your own email, mobile or account is refused at the checkout.

When do the cards arrive?

Your friend's comes as soon as their deposit clears. Yours comes 14 days after their event, once their booking is paid in full.

What if they cancel?

A cancelled booking earns nothing, and a card not yet sent is stopped. If your friend's card had already gone, its value comes off any refund; credit is taken back.

Is there a limit?

You can earn up to $1,000 a year in referral rewards. Each booking has one referral, so codes don't stack.

What if they add time to their night?

The card follows the hours the booth runs, so added time before the night can move it up to the next size.
