How a booking works
Six steps, no surprises. The whole thing usually takes one email exchange and a deposit.
Check the date
Send us the date and the venue. We come back the same day with whether the booth is free.
Choose a package
Three packages, priced above. Pick the one that fits the run sheet, not the biggest one.
Add extras
Extra hours, a premium backdrop, a second attendant, custom branding. All itemised.
Confirm details
Setup and pack-down windows, power, the template design, and who to call on the day.
Pay the deposit
The date is not held until the deposit clears. We say so plainly rather than leave you guessing.
Get the confirmation
Written confirmation with the run sheet. Then we turn up early and stay until it is packed down.
Check your date
Tell us the date and the venue. We come back the same day with whether the booth is free and an itemised quote.
